Also, a big shoutout to Ray and Gustavo in maintenance. they turned a bumpy start into a smooth finish. Customer service was on point despite the hiccups.

Plus, claiming breakfast was included but having no supplies? That's just plain shady. They really need to get their act together!

Had a comfortable time in a deluxe queen room with two queen beds. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom, microwave, and refrigerator. Sweet bonus, there was a kitchenette too! Breakfast options were decent, but I wish for a bit more. The pool was fun and the staff really helped us out.
